Epoxy Resin
Epoxy Resin is used for a variety of tasks, including coating large surface areas, making coasters and jewellery. At Mum and Me Creations, we use Epoxy Resin for a variety of pieces, from small, intricate jewellery pieces to larger, full-sized coasters. Epoxy Resin is resistant to water, chemicals, abrasion and other physical impacts and stressors (Resin Library Supplies).

Plaster-Cast Resin
Plaster-Cast Resin (also referred to as Plaster Resin) is often used to create clay-like or cement-like finishes on products. Plaster-Cast Resin is easy to sand and/or paint if desired. It is non-toxic and fast-drying, which makes it perfect for those time-critical or personalised projects (Officeworks).

At Mum and Me Creations, we use Plaster Resin for added strength and durability. Plaster-Casting does not work well in some of the smaller moulds, hence some of the pieces on our site are only available in Epoxy Resin.
